Best facial scrub for normal to dry skin?

I have tried several types of cleansers but the brand that works best for me is Burt's Bees because their products are reasonably priced, 97% natural, gentle, designed for normal to dry skin, and do not strip the face of nutrients. I use the Peach %26amp; Willowbark Deep Pore Scrub once in the morning to exfoliate, and the Soap Bark %26amp; Chamomile Deep Cleansing Cream in the afternoon and before bed.
