I dont think that would be the best, that scrub recipe would be great as a body scrub, but not for the face. Here are some easy to make scrubs that work really well :)
Oatmeal smoothie
3 tablespoons of old fashioned oatmeal (not instant)
2 tablespoons of yogurt
~Mix oatmeal and yogurt into a paste and pat onto your face. Hang out for 15 minutes Rinse off with warm water.
I really like this one, my skin felt really soft afterwards
Papaya Mask
1/2 papaya
Lightly mash half a papya in a bowl with a fork or your fingers. Rub the papaya over your face. Let the fruit dry, about 10 minutes. Rinse off with warm water.
This one was amazing, my skin felt wonderful afterward, try it!
Hope this helps :)Do you think honey mixed with sugar would be a good facial scrub?
I think it might be. Have you tried: cutting the end of of a tomato and then dabbing it into surger (dabbing the end that you sliced) and then scrubbing it onto the face and keeping it on for 10 minutes. then washing it off. It feels great!!! Or have you tried the asprin/ honey mask? You take 3 asprins, put them on a plate, dabb a little bit of water on them, (you will see them like turning into suger) then putting honey in it (after it turned into looking like surger) then putting it on your face for 15 minutes. That works well too. Or you can just do a honey mask, put honey on your face for about 30 minutes. or if you have only like one pimple or something, dab some honey on it, and stick a bandaid over the honey and keep it on over night, and it is suppost to get rid of the pimple, but I haven't tried that. OR you can do a honey/ banana mask, smoosh half a banana(all the way so there are NO lumps, and then add honey to that, and leave on for 15 minutes. That works good too. Or the oatmeal mask, but I don't know how to do that one. You could also try the toothpaste trick. Put toothpaste (NOT GEL) on your acne, but not on your skin (it will dry it out) and leave it on over night.
