Is it bad to use salt as a facial scrub?

I usually mix salt in with a cream facial cleanser to get deep down into my pores. Can this do any damage to my skin?Is it bad to use salt as a facial scrub?
Normal salt is bad for your skin, but sea salt is very good, as an exfoliant or just for reducing oiliness. And if you want something scrubby for exfoliation, mix sugar into your face wash instead of salt.Is it bad to use salt as a facial scrub?
Try making a paste of water and uncooked cornmeal. You will still be able to exfoliate, but without the burning and irritation of the salt. You can also make a mask for after exfoliation by combining uncooked oatmeal and water. Let the mixture sit for a few minutes, and it will become very soft and creamy. Leave it on your face for about 10 minutes, and the result is smooth, soft skin.
I would suggest stop doing it. There are millions and plenty of mosturizers to use to get down into your pores and make your face and skin smooth and lustorious. Try using Loreal, Avon. They r great!
I'm not sure about regular salt, but sea salt doesn't damage mine. I scrub my face with it along regularly.

A lot of facial scrubs contain sea salt anyway, so maybe you should use that instead of regular salt.
it might just get it dry or make it peel! idk
