Your daily cleanser with some table salt added makes a really good facial scrub.Any suggestions on a good (home-made) facial Scrub...?
Azuki Bean Scrub

1/2 cup dried azuki beans

Pour the beans into a blender, food processor, or a coffee grinder. Grind the beans to the consistency of a coarse flour.

Pour 2-3 teaspoons of ground beans into the pal of your hand. Add a little water and stir with your finger to make a paste. Scoop up with your fingers or a damp facial brush and apply as you would any other scrub.

*It's an excellent exfoliant that helps to clear blackheads too!
personally I love brown sugar and honey with some lemon. you use about a cup of brown sugar and then use honey to make it to a paste and use fresh lemon juice about 1/4 cup. Also as a mask you can use USED coffee grounds (brew a pot of coffee and use the grounds) and egg whites. Two eggs whites and about 1/4 cup of grounds. Scrub face with it and let the rest dry. also you can use tooth paste and backing soda mix how ever much baking soda you wish you use. (this is more of a polisher) and put on face. You can also a use carmex at night on your whole face. If you brake out it helps reduce pimples and give you clear skin for cheap. Also if you get body acne try epsioms salt, and sea salt, with your favorite body spray and lotion. it takes a bag of e. salt and in the spice section at your local store you can find sea salt , I personally like the course and fine. (normally in a green and yellow cylender) sea salt. You can also use an unsented lotion and food coloring to your likes. You can also use essinatial oils. Peppermint makes your skin cold. It takes typically about 6-8 drops but make you can put as much as you'd like. I like orange vannilla in the fall. And in the summer I stick to pepermint and tea tree, (Tea tree is a healer) and if I have a blend you can use that to. Hope this helps you. :)
I've got just the trick!

If you have blackheads try this....

-2 tablespoons bakingsoda.

-2 tablespoons water

-A small bowl and a spoon.

+Stir ingredients together then GENTLY rub the mixture onto your forehead, nose and chin. Let sit for two minutes. This will help loosen blackheads. Rinse with warm water and pat dry.
Try both of these out, one of them should work for you!

1) Make a puree of fresh tomatoes, apply to the skin

2) Beat together 1 egg white, 1 tsp spirits of camphor, 1 heaping Tbsp skim milk powder and a scant drop of essential oil of mint. First apply a thin film of odorless castor oil to the skin , then apply a thick layer of the egg white mask. Lie back for about 15 minutes. Wash off with warm water, then rinse with an apple cider vinegar and water solution or witch hazel.
plain oatmeal mixed with water and some hunny.
