do not scrub.you will only promote the glands to produce more oil.

never scrub ,pat dry.keep your own Towel for your face-do not share it.

keep hair awys from face specially at night.and wash it with an anti dandruff shampoo.let it work on hair for 15 minutes on wet hair -please do not waist water and do so out of thr shower.Brown sugar good facial scrub?
I have used it, but the sugar dissolves rapidly with the water, so it is very gentle, just make sure it is very moist. As to acne, I'm not sure it is a good idea, I think may be if you did the oat meal alone it'd be safer.

Also try blending a piece of cucumber, a leaf of aloe vera and couple of meant leaves, this is very gentle as an exfoliant or you can try

For a gentle sensitive skin exfoliator, mix 1/2 cup cornmeal, 1/4 cup milk, two teaspoons baking soda, one tablespoon olive oil and five drops of tea-tree oil in a bowl, then apply to your skin.
i would advise against using brown sugar. honey and some orange or lemon mixed into the collidal oatmeal would be great. honey is a natural anti-biotic so will work great on pimples. dont scrub too hard. steam your face before to open your pores up to really get a good deep clean.

what works best for acne is diet: cutting sugar from your diet (no more white bread, white pasta, sweets and sodas!), plenty of water to flush toxins away. the main reason american teenagers have such problems with acne is due to diet: macdonalds, pizza, soda, chocolate.

dont touch your face too much. its tempting to pick but you'll just get bacteria all over your face. think of all the nasty crap your hands touch on a daily basis. just watch people sneeze and cough on their hands and then touch things. thats what your rubbing into your acne whenever you pick at it.
No i don't think so.Try something like Guardian Silver Supplements for guaranteed results.
